Walker Sands Currently Accepting Spring Intern Applicants
Walker Sands is currently accepting applicants for our Spring Intern Program. We have openings for two unpaid, part-time interns who will work from January through mid-May 2010.
Our internship program is structured much like our full-time paid Summer Internship (details for the Summer Internship will be posted in late January).
Spring interns will assist with:
• Developing media lists
• Conceptualizing pitches
• Writing press releases
• Preparing contributed articles
• Other tasks as needed
Walker Sands offers a collaborative, hands-on environment where interns have an active involvement in client accounts in a supporting role. If you’re a proactive person who loves to learn new things and is able to multi-task, working at Walker Sands will give you great experience in the field of public relations and marketing.
